What we do

 

Our mission is to create a kinder, more equitable (fairer) and better-understood world.

We believe the first step to creating a more diverse and inclusive organisation is understanding how inequities are created and upheld. How do they manifest within society, and where may they be present within your organisation?

We help our clients figure this out through carefully facilitated conversations in the form of qualitative research, mediation, coaching or group discussions.

We also believe that rather than immediately going on a manic recruitment drive, inclusivity needs to sit before diversity. The best way to foster a more inclusive organisation is through education.
